Application Process
1. Visit the Official Website: Navigate to csirnet.nta.nic.in.
2. Registration: Click on “Apply for CSIR UGC NET June 2025” and complete the registration by providing basic details.
3. Fill the Application Form: Log in with your credentials and fill in personal, academic, and contact information.
4. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and other required documents.
5. Pay the Application Fee: Use a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI to pay the fee.
6. Submit and Print: Review all details, submit the form, and take a printout for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria: National Testing Agency NTA
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. or equivalent degree/Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 years/BE/B.Tech/B.Pharma/MBBS with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD).
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as of December 1, 2024 (relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/PwD/female applicants and 3 years for OBC-NCL).
For Assistant Professor:
Educational Qualification: Same as JRF.
Age Limit: No upper age limit.

Career Opportunities
Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): Selected candidates are eligible for a fellowship of ₹31,000 per month for the first two years. Upon assessment, the fellowship may be increased to ₹35,000 per month for the third year.
Assistant Professor: Qualifying the NET makes candidates eligible to apply for the position of Assistant Professor in Indian universities and colleges.
